Refund Policy

At Sammée Boutique , your satisfaction is our priority. All of our products are selected with the highest quality standards, and we work to ensure that every shopping experience is exceptional.
However, we understand that a refund or exchange may be necessary. This policy has been developed in accordance with applicable Portuguese law and adapted to the reality of our online store.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14 , the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract, without needing to state a reason , within 14 days from:

  • From the date the product is received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer;

  • For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the date of receipt will be the date the last item is received.


2. Conditions for Refund

For a refund to be accepted:

  • The product must be new, with no signs of use, stains, odors, or alterations .

  • Original packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals must be returned intact.

  • Personal care products, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and perfumes can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of opening for hygiene reasons.

  • Presenting the invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.


3. Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to sammeeboutique@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +351 939 713 704 indicating:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photographs of the product (if there is a defect or damage)

  2. Please wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.

  3. Send the product to the address provided, assuming the shipping costs, except in cases of error by Sammée Boutique or manufacturing defect.


4. Refund Period and Method

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable , except for returns due to defects or errors on our part.


5. Products with Defects or Damage from Shipping

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Please send clear photos of the product and the packaging.

  • We will proceed with the replacement or full refund, at no cost to the customer.


6. Refund Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items on sale or final clearance.

  • Products that do not meet the conditions described in item 2.
