  • Special Shipping (Exclusive Products): Some exclusive products have an extended shipping time of 5 to 7 business days , as they come from trusted European partners . In these cases, we clearly state the estimated shipping time on the product page, ensuring complete transparency regarding the expected delivery time.

Payment at the time of purchase

To maintain efficiency and security in order processing, we do not offer the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option . All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, using the secure payment methods available on the website (such as credit card, PayPal, or Multibanco reference, among others). This procedure ensures a simplified process: as soon as payment is confirmed, we immediately begin preparations for shipping your order.
