What is the delivery time?
-The delivery time for products is 24 to 72 hours after the shipping date.
We work with suppliers from Europe. When ordering more than one item, you may receive more than one tracking code, and shipping may occur on different dates.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- In cases where the postal service makes 3 delivery attempts and the product is returned to the sender, we are not responsible and do not offer refunds.
- In cases of incorrect address, incomplete address, unknown recipient at the delivery location, unknown address, recipient has moved, and postman not attended, we are not responsible or will reimburse. It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly fill in the delivery information requested by the website in a location available for receipt.
Products returned to sender for the reasons mentioned above can be reshipped to the customer, with the reshipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer.

- In cases of loss or if the item cannot be located in the postal system, this will be identified and reported in your tracking code. SAMMÉE BOUTIQUE will then send a gift card with the same value as the purchase. This way, the purchase can be made again on our website.
